The apartment is lovely, it's in a great location, when you get to the sea
front you have the choice of which way to go. The balcony has the sun all day
which is what we like and the sea view is lovely. The Indian Palace is a nice
place to eat. There are some nice Chinese places to eat. The Maids didn't mind
giving us fresh towels, you just have to ask. For a holiday in November this
is the location and apartment to come to. The weather was hot, overcast at
times and rain 1 day but still got a lovely tan. Would definitely come back

Absolutely fab holiday. Apartment fantastic, everything you need. Excellent
location, only a short walk to Veronicas or Los Cristianos. The meals at the
California Bar are excellent and good value for money. There are 3 excellent
supermarkets within the vicinity of apartments. Michaelangelo is another nice place to eat. We had a very unusual pizza called "Vincenzo" it was lovely. For a lovely curry the Indian Palace is the place, its between The George and The California Bar (upstairs). We had a brilliant night at the Wigan Pier, the singer was fantastic and so was the Hypnotist. "Excellent". We will definitely be back and also to this apartment. We had no problem with the towels being changed and the beds. Weather was fantastic, which made the holiday perfect. Thank you to Jane & Dave Cusworth for the use of their apartment. Hi Jane and David, Well, we have just returned from our holiday in Tenerife, staying at your Mare Verde complex. I must admit I was a little sceptical about going as I made the mistake of reading comments on other web sites regarding Mare Verde, but we thought we would find out for ourselves. We arrived at Tenerife South airport to be met by Fernando, who I must say was very professional. He helped us with our luggage and made us feel very welcome. On the way to the apartment he explained which way we were going and talked us through the short journey to the complex. When we arrived he again helped us with our luggage and took us to the apartment, letting us in he talked us through everything and answered any questions we asked. We stayed in a Studio which was ideal for us ( My wife, son and me) with a wonderful view of the pools. After we settled in and un-packed we went for a walk around the site, and what a fantastic site it was. The pools (all 5 of them) were in pristine condition, the poolside and surrounding area were very clean and tidy and child friendly. (This was a must as we had our 3 year old with us) Later on in the day we were joined by our friends who again loved the site. We stayed for 11 days and wanted to stay longer as there is so much to do. Las Americas is a short walk away and Los Cristianos a short taxi ride, both really nice places and should be visited. I would recommend the Wigan Pier for daytime and evening as staff are very friendly and food is good. Now for the bad points !!! WHAT BAD POINTS?????. I can not think of anything that I would say was a bad point. Lindsey, Daniel and me had a fantastic holiday as did our friends. We will all be booking our holiday in the same place next year, that is for sure. So I would like to thank you both for providing us wonderful accommodation which helped us have a fantastic holiday. Dear Jane, Sorry for the delay. We had a wonderful time staying at MareVerde. We thought that everything was at arms reach and that it was fantastic. I can't understand why some websites published bad comments about the apartments and grounds as we all found the apartments exceptionally enjoyable as well as the holiday. We knew where to go in the area which made it better than Los Cristianos, which is where we normally stay. Geoff and his family also enjoyed their stay at Mare Verde. Hopefully in the future we hope to stay again at the same apartments. Thanks very much for all what you have done for us, hope to hear from you soon Jacqueline, David, Rebeca and Sally |

Dear Jane, Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the studio apartment in
MareVerde Tenerife. Everything was exactly as you said it would be the studio
was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet just as I had requested. It
gave us a well earned relaxed break away from our hectic lives.
You may hear from us again with another request to stay in your studio.

Hi Jane & David
We are back in the UK now and, must admit, neither of us
wanted to come back. We would like to thank you for the excellent booking
facilities, you made things so easy from the start to finish so well
organised. Fernando was there waiting for us and it was so great to have
somebody take you straight to the apartment with no fuss or worry. Your
studio was great, lovely and clean and welcoming, we were so stressed from
work etc. From the time I first emailed to the time we left was made so easy
with the way you have arranged everything. The complex was so pretty with
all of the colourful plants, the studio was well laid out and everything in
it that you needed. We enjoyed the relaxation of it all, the weather was
fantastic. We had some great meals in some lovely restaurants. Andrea and
Geoff popped along to see if we were ok and they were very friendly and
asked if we had everything that we needed. Thanks again for making our much
needed break so easy. We will highly recommend you to our friends and family
and look forward to going back again as soon as time allows.

Well we are back, what a
superb relaxing holiday, it was just PERFECT!!.
The apartment was all you
stated on ebay and more,excellent. We personally can recommend it to anyone
booking it off ebay. We were a bit apprehensive we had never booked off an
auction site, But Whoo, Good location, excellent views of the mountains and
the waterfall pools were something else, quite warm for the time of the year,
Apartment was clean, well laid out, every thing you could really want, home
from home. Tell David the satellite system was very good we had no problems at
all, the transfers to and from the airport were excellent thanks to Fernando.

Jane, Just a wee note to say that everything went very smoothly. Weather was excellent and the golf was not bad. It was an ideal location for the golf course. Would recommend to others. We have had a fabulous time here at Aparthotel California. Lovely
apartment with a great view of La Gomera. Some great restaurants in the square at Las Americas overlooking the dancing fountains (they perform at 9 p.m. 10 p.m. and 11 p.m). The Italian was delicious. The fishing harbour Los Abrigos is definitely worth a trip and the fresh fish in the restaurant at the end of the harbour is first class. We enjoyed a trip up Teide – amazing scenery. Came down mountain to Masca a beautiful little village with stunning cliffs. At the bottom is Los Gigantes well worth a visit. Torviscas beach is wonderful – sea warm and inviting. Overall lots to do and see, will definitely be coming back to experience more of this amazing Islands treats. |

Had a great holiday, the apartment is equipped with
everything you need! Only thing missing is the maid service!!
Staff at the “California” are so lovely.
We ate at the Wigan Pier, Torviscas it is gorgeous!
Especially their Sunday roasts.
Aquapark is great, 23€ to go in, the dolphins are well
worth the visit. |

Have had a great holiday. Apartment very clean, tidy
and comfortable.
Went to Aqualand – love water –parks – but were very
disappointed. Expensive – 23€ for adults 16 for children. Also 4 euros on
top for locker+ 3.5 euros for each sunbed. Food was rotten and queues were
long for everything. Also some staff very rude. Been to many waterparks
around the world – this was the worst!
Beware the prices charged by the small supermarkets –
the large one at the bottom of the complex is much cheaper.
Have left card for one smashing restaurant – excellent
service and food.
Los Gigantes is a nice place to visit as is Garachio,
with its seawater swimming pools. Driving up into the mountains gives you
some breath taking scenery – especially Mount Teide.

Hi Jane,
Just e-mailing to say we had a great time in Tenerife, apartment was good
and location was too. We were pleasantly surprised as well that the
apartment stays quite cool all day and night which was great. We found it
well equipped and secure.
The facilities at the apartment were good and I was pleased that there was
internet access. The pool was also great and the complex was surprisingly
quiet so we had no trouble sleeping. We ate out quite a few nights at the
Hacienda Miranda steakhouse (next door to Tuscany on the strip). It was
absolutely lovely so if you haven't tried it already, you should when you
are next over there!
Many thanks for allowing us to rent your apartment. We were very impressed
with the little touches such as the seat covers for the balcony chairs and
we would certainly try to rent again if we travel to Tenerife in the
future.
Ooh. Forgot to mention. The new floor is lovely, my boyfriend commented as
soon as we walked in on how smart it was!

Thank you so much for the hire of your apartment. We were so impressed
with how clean and well furnished it is.
I have to say that I was a bit dubious having heard about how Las
Americas can be very touristy and loud; but was delighted to discover
that Torviscas and MareVerde in particular break the mould. We found
everyone on the complex to be friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel California. Views from the apartment were wonderful, situated in the heart of Playa. Many wonderful restaurants and bars and the weather was perfect. If you are a sun worshiper the balcony is fab in the afternoon. Would certainly recommend this apartment and come back again. |

Hello Dave and Jane,
We are back and we are already missing Tenerife and the
wonderful MareVerde.
Everything was wonderful from the moment Peter picked us
up from the airport to the time he dropped us off to come back to the
cold and wet of jolly England.
The accommodation was every bit as good as you promised
and more.
The sound of the water rushing past us as we walked up
the complex every day is something that will stay in our minds for years
to come.
We ate at the Oasis bar every night as the food was so
good and Paul and Marie, who run the place, could not have been more
friendly and helpful.
This truly is a wonderful complex that is quiet and
peaceful as well as clean and well kept.
We will definitely be coming back, as soon as possible if
I have my way, so thank you again for letting us stay in your little bit
of paradise.

I thought I would send you a
quick email to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday in Tenerife. The apartment was fantastic! We have stayed in the complex before but were in phase 3 and thought they were nice so we were blown away when we got to yours. It was the little touches that especially impressed me, such as the candles on the balcony. Normally on holiday we'd just use the apartment for sleeping in and changing in, but this one was so nice we found that we'd sit and have breakfast, and then later on drinks before going out, on the balcony. Again, many thanks and I hope we can rent again through you in the future. |

Many thanks Dave and Jane, we
had a fantastic holiday, it was great to get away from the February weather
back in the UK. The Apartment is beautifully furnished, and the surroundings
are peaceful and relaxing. We breakfasted every morning on the balcony, with
the Mountain View to the left and the pool view just below. It’s so relaxing
to sit and eat breakfast accompanied by the sound of running water! Shops and Restaurants are close to hand without being intrusive and the beach is just a short walk from the Apartment. The Mare Verdi complex has everything, swimming pool, Shops and Entertainment. We had a great time! |

I have just come back from a
fantastic week on Tenerife which was made all the better for staying at
apartment K130 Mare Verde. Your facilities, everything including the availability of information on local restaurants, tours and even books to read helped me to have a very relaxing holiday, thanks. I'd recommend anyone wanting a total chill out to book!

Jane Thank you so verrrrry much! What a fabulous apartment and what a wonderful complex!! We have had a super time and the gift of the bottle of wine was a fabulous surprise and very thoughtful for my birthday. The crisps were tasty too!!!! We had a super time and definitely want to return to Mare Verde, money permitting, and with the children next time as we think they would love it too as we did.
